Introducing our NEW On-Line MTR (Material Test Reports) System. As part of Merit’s commitment to remaining on the cutting edge of technology, this improved feature to our website will be available to our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Merit hopes that our on-line MTRs enable you to service your customers more quickly by arming you with the ability to retrieve the MTRs yourself.

How Does It Work?

To view and print the MTRs on your own, all you need is a log in and password assigned by our EDI Coordinator, Dave Hoggett at dhoggett@meritbrass.com (1-800-726-9800 extension 293).

Once your login information is assigned, login and then type the following information and your MTR will display:

• Description
• Heat Number
• Merit Part Number

Additionally, if you are unable to retrieve your MTR, please contact Dave Hoggett or use our On-Line Assistant.
